I ordered a particular type of wire I needed on Tuesday and of course it hasn't arrived.

I'm stuck with out it.

So I'm sharing ,with you, part of my series of rust photographs.

classic italian grilling barbeque,especially used for fish cooking

Cruising toward rusting iron deposits. (The helicopter makes everything more interesting.)

My Eos, Rust, finally got her new wig. I've had her for a couple of months now and have not taken any real photos of her. I need to fix a bunch of her stock pieces, but I really love her!

A very wet day in Reefton, day three of our four day trip away over Arthur's Pass and back through the Lewis Pass. February 10, 2012. South Island, New Zealand.

Reefton is a small town on New Zealand's West Coast region, some 80 km northeast of Greymouth, in the valley of the Inangahua River.

In 1888 Reefton became the first town in New Zealand and the Southern Hemisphere to receive electricity, and its streets were lit by commercial electricity generated by the Reefton Power Station.

Named for the extensive gold bearing quartz reefs that were discovered here in the late 1860s, Reefton still has a great deal of historic charm. Follow the town’s heritage walk past the Reefton School of Mines, the courthouse, Oddfellows Hall, St Xavier's Convent and the Band Hall. At the Miner’s Hut you can sit in front of the fire, enjoy a cup of tea and watch steel being shaped by a blacksmith. Reefton calls itself ‘the town of light’, because it turned on electric street lighting before any other town in the southern hemisphere (1888). The Victoria Conservation Park, which surrounds Reefton, has a network of walking tracks.

This is another photo for the scavenger hunt I am doing. This one is rust. My grandpa has a couple of really old trucks at his place and I saw this hole and loved the color and textures.
