here are what I use for rusting colors.

This was on the side of an old barn on 481 East that i rode by and on my mountain bike and then the next day, i drove to and took this photo. I think that the metal is galvanized metal. I liked the colors that are in the photo. I think that the wood grain is a nice touch to the metal(LOL)

One of the nice things I'm discovering with my new full-sized sensor is how much detail you can retain even after significant cropping. This image of a rusted fence at the Prairie Wolf Forest Preserve is about 1/6 of the total shot, but the detail and grain still come out fairly well.

My Eos, Rust, finally got her new wig. I've had her for a couple of months now and have not taken any real photos of her. I need to fix a bunch of her stock pieces, but I really love her!

Rust on a boat! I loved the colours. Should I crop it?

This is another photo for the scavenger hunt I am doing. This one is rust. My grandpa has a couple of really old trucks at his place and I saw this hole and loved the color and textures.

EVERY time I pass this dilapidated garage in Lochearnhead I HAVE to stop and take photographs of it...I'm sure it must be due for demolition any day soon...I'm just hoping they leave it while yet as I still haven't got "the shot" of it yet!!

One of the many beautiful tombstones located in the Marietta City Cemetery. This graveyard is full of beautiful architecture and many graves dating back to the 1700's...not to mention a few awesome ghost stories too! Plus lots of rich rusty red Georgia clay!
