A while after taking this shot, I saw a young man take off on this old rusted bicycle. It made me think of what a consumer I am... what a throw-away society we live in.
Picture of the clogged section of pipe that I had to replace. Finally got the sink installed upstairs and then it would drain. Guess this would be why....
Gas pipe access cap whatchamacallit thingy, in the center of the sidewalk, corroded into prettiness.

Enjoying the rust taking over this particular piece of a train car. I ran this through Photomatix twice, one with Detail Enhancer and then a second round using Tone Compressor. I threw the compressed layer over the enhanced layer and then Multiplied. It really brought out the richness in the colors!
A few signs of Fall caught in one of our side fences! :) You can see mostly green beyond, though! Perfect humidity and temps just now and not the sweltering we are accustomed to! :)
