Those bolt holds together the pipe for this geothermal drilling site. This reseach hole is around 2000 meters deep. I would not recomend anybody to touch those bolts because they are to hot to touch. It is placed in Reykjanes, Iceland.

Some samples from the outside wall of our school's (Stenden) new office building. The covering of the walls evokes much discussion. The intention is to let it rust and when everything is covered with a rust layer, then conserving the rust by impregnating it. At least that's what we suppose.

Enkele uitsneden uit de buitenmuur van het nieuwe kantoorgebouw van onze school Stenden. De bedoeling is om het te laten roesten en dan de roestlaag te conserveren met een roest-stoppend middel. Tenminste, dat is wat wij veronderstellen. De nieuwe bekleding ontlokt veel discussie.

Took the dogs for a walk around the edge of the lake today. Came across this rusting wreck near Mullet Creek. They were so proud of their handiwork that they stuck the flag in the mud near one of the wheels.

I'm not such a proud Australian to see how some of our fellow aussies treat our environment!
