this is just the view that shows the list of users who either have some sort of administrative right to manage the site or have been added to the site to be included in groups. i think the latter is actually poor UI and we'll be tweaking that in a future update. not sure why it made sense to do it this way originally.
So we got in on the action on maintenance pages when slate goes down. If you're using Apache + Mongrel check out the mongrel docs on how to do it. Took about 40 minutes to get Ruby update, ImageMagick installed, all the gems updated along with various svn updates and migrations done. I think we could have done it in 30 if ImageMagick hadn't blown up on us. We also are running a "pack of Mongrels" now. Not sure if we really needed it but I think it'll be helpful as people use resources.

When you click on the region you get this wonderful little editor. Note that it *doesn't* have a WYSIWYG editor. We're working with textile as the markup for the system. You can click on "preview" to see your content rendered. Rollback is just for viewing old version of the area.
