I made a bespoke Debian Sarge AMI for Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), that has Apache 2.2 mod_proxy, MySQL 5 server, Capistrano, Mongrel Cluster, Ruby and Rails and S3InfiDisk for data persistence on the AMI saved to S3.
