Ruby is an 8 month old miniature dachshund puppy. She loves to play with her sister Daisy. Her favorite clothes are her Salty Dog tank tops. Ruby\'s favorite vacation spot is Hilton Head Island.

Ruby Princess in Bergen..

Male Ruby-throated Hummingbird who, with two females, makes our front and back yards his home every April-October.

When the bird is facing the camera, notice the ruby band (that gives the bird its name) above the white on his throat.

This particular bird is camera shy. He rarely comes to drink when I'm out with my Olympus E-510, so I set up our Flip Mino on a tripod next to the hummingbird feeder.

Day six of our Route 66 road trip saw us leaving the 'Mother Road, and travelling South through Missouri a small part of Arkansas before getting to Memphis, Tennessee where we had a tour around Elvis Presley's Graceland which was quite fun. After that we drove all the way back up to Sikeston ready to get back onto Route 66 the day after.
