On the front steps by our house retrieving a delivery of some sort. She'll climb the two steps easily enough but she has to be coaxed down.
The Roxy in Kleine Houtstraat 77-79 is one of the few theatres in the country that remains what it turned into in the Eighties, when many smaller theaters programmed more and more B-movies, Kung-Fu and Porn to survive and turned into 'grindhouses'. The Roxy has been a sex theatre since 1988, not only showing movies in it's two auditoriums, but also hosting 'Amateur Hooker Nights' and partner swap meets.
Formerly, the Roxy opened as a 326 seat single screen theatre on the 15th of October 1953 with the film "DE BOEKANIERS DER ZEVEN ZEEËN (RAIDERS OF THE SEVEN SEAS, 1953).
Originally, in 1921 it opened as the Scala, then in 1929 reopened as the Scala, then reopened with 372 seats as the Spaarne Theater. It was closed during WWII between 1942 and 1946, and finally closed in 1952.

the black marks on Roxy's face are from makeup on Tuesday night, when she went with Abby and Elsie to watch Elsie doing her aerial trapeze Christmas show with her group. Elsie had to make up as a reindeer and Roxy was not to be left out with the makeup at least, but unfortunately it takes some removing . . . and some is still left!
no longer a dog, flickr now has her as an animal . . . which I suppose has some truth in it!

We picked up Roxy from school yesterday and took her back to Ben's. Before school, Roxy has sent me an urgent note - Grangran can you bring your crochet stuff cause I have sort of learnt to crochet. So, I replied. Yes. Looking forward to seeing you later, sweetheart. And the reply: But can you bring the crochet stuff. So you get the picture. I took the crochet and she crocheted. And I forgot to take an ipad photo. I am no longer attached to a camera. Today I had the report back from visit to the eye clinic a couple of weeks back and among other pronouncements I have poor visual acuity.

Trước khi muốn bình phẩm về 1 ai đó, e hãy xem lại bản thân mình, e đã đủ tốt đẹp để bàn tán , nói xấu về người khác hay chưa ?! E đừng làm mòn giá trị của bản thân mình khi e bêu xấu , và chữi người khác khi bản thân e chưa hẳn tốt đẹp hơn người khác chứ ! E sống ra sao mà để nhiều người ghét vậy cưng ? Nếu e muốn chữi tụi chị, thì e cứ chữi thẳng đi, đừng dùng nick khác, hay là đừng giả vờ là nói người khác nói xấu tụi chị. NHỤC lắm cô bé àh :-j . E nhỏ tuổi hơn tụi chị, nhưng e sành đời quá cô bé ! E cũng được ăn học đàng hoàng mà. E đừng để những câu nói của e làm hạ thấp giá trị, nhân cách của bản thân e ! Chị không muốn nói nhiều vs hạng người như e ..:)
Các bạn nên biết, cần phải có đạo đức.
Và sự nể trọng của mọi người.
Vì các bạn mang danh một “ con người”.
Đừng để phần người mất đi chỉ còn phần con !
