I had thought to shoot the post master, But I wasn't sure she would cooperate with that.. But I do check two PO boxes everyday and I like to do that.
Andrew and I had a birthday brunch at Elmo's Diner after our home appraisal. Perfect time to beat the lunch rush, 11:45 am.
I had the omelet with feta, broccoli and mushrooms and potatoes. Andrew had eggs, bacon and pancakes. The pancakes looked good, but I just know that would be a bad idea.
My BS has been up and down all day, 157 was the closest to normal. I don't know why but I did a double workout, 8 mile run, 40 lap swim, I think that messes up the routine.

The elevator was terribly slow, so I just learned to use the stairs. These stairs lead to my third floor room and the main pool area. It was a fairly direct route to meals and drinks as well.
Very temporary bicycle parking popped up at the Pro Walk - Pro Bike conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2010.
The racks allowed many to slide their bikes into the hardware while they congregated at a stop along the route of a mobile workshop.
Instant bike parking of this sort is well served by lightweight hardware that is easy to assemble/disassemble and move from place to place.
