I'm thinking it's the circumscribed halo, because it looks more oval than circular. You can see some of the bottom of the halo just above the roof.

I apparently didn't bring my tripod with me when I went to Cullowhee to hang out/shoot with Esther so I had to just be steady with the camera. This isn't exactly what I wanted but it was a fun day.
I grabbed this shot right before the rainstorm rolled in. It's from the rooftop of The Renaissance At the Power Building, an apartment building; not to be confused with the Renaissance hotel.
