All flower planters & furniture (including love seat, couch, chair, ottoman, end tables and cofee table featured here) is negotiable with sale of condo. We also have installed copper torches at the corners & along the sides of the metal railing. Terrific at night!

This was taken from the window next to me where I used to work. The view is east from 33rd Street south of 36th Avenue. Most of what you see is Long Island City and some of Sunnyside. I believe the tall buildings in the distance are in Woodside.
This was taken on a visit to where I worked. My last day of work was back in December, 2008. I'm still looking.
**I just fixed this in Picnik. It turned a dull photo into a ..well...less dull photo.
From our rooftop deck we could see so many views of Paris - one of the more interesting was the view of our nextdoor neighbors.

My raking leaves caused Kelso to get crazy, climb a tree and navigate an inch thick branch 20 feet off the ground until he stepped off onto the roof. Without his weight on it, the branch raised back to 3 feet above the roof stranding him. After 45 minutes and a failed "branch bridge" he was reluctantly pulled off the roof from a ladder.
