That's not something that happens every day! Looking out the window to find someone mowing the roof of the building next door!
I forget the name of this initiative but this is one of many buildings in Rotterdam with a green roof. It's pretty cool actually, good for the planet and such. It also looks nicer from our window!
Made the photo B&W because the colors of the trees and buildings was way too overhwhelming and the mower was completely lost.
Apart from a great prank the anual Rooftop Festival in de PIP is one of the best summer parties of the city. This one was no different. Great weather, a cool line up (which included disco veteran Beppe Loda and Pametex). Here's a few pics I took with my new camera.

This week has been absolutely brutal. Only really had (maybe) two days to work on this since my last critique, so my weekend was very stressful shall we say! I therefore do not recommend trying to move house, polish an AM assignment AND have a major work deadline all in the same week - It's not healthy!
