Teuge - Op een zonnige woensdag 8 februari had ik een middagje vrij. Ik besloot die middag (alweer) naar Teuge te gaan, aangezien er enkele treinen onderweg waren vanuit Duitsland. Een aangename verassing was de LTE 193 729 met de 186 941 in opzending en een containertrein, bestaande uit EPAHT containers, gevuld met graan. De trein was eigenlijk bestemd voor Oss, maar door capaciteitsproblemen ging de trein voorlopig naar IJsselmonde toe. LTE 193 729 met de 186 941 in opzending passeert met de fraaie containertrein door Teuge, onderweg naar IJsselmonde als tr. 41322.

De meidoorn (Crataegus), ook bekend als haagdoorn of steendoorn is een geslacht van struiken of bomen die van nature voorkomen in Europa, Noord-Amerika, Azië en Noord-Afrika.
De plant bloeit in het voorjaar met witte bloemen en krijgt in de herfst rode bessen.
De bessen zijn een belangrijke voedselbron voor vogels en andere dieren.
De struik heeft doorns en werd vroeger vaak gebruikt om weiden en graslanden te omheinen.

These birds are difficult to capture as they continuously fly around, fighting each other and moving constantly!.
They are so beautiful and gracious when they fly around looking for insects, absorb some water from the river or just escaping the predating Yellow Billed Kites!
