Kuli Kuli is a Hausa snack food that is primarily made from groundnuts. It is a popular snack food throughout Nigeria. It can be eaten alone or with a combination of gari, sugar and water, this is popularly called "gari soaking".
Kuli Kuli is also eaten with koko, fura, akamu, and is sometimes ground and used as a salad, suya and kilishi mix. Kuli Kuli is made with roasted groundnuts ground into a paste called "Labu", then mixed with spices, salt and ground pepper if desired.
The paste is stripped of excess oil using water, and hand rolled into the desired shape. The oil removed through this process is heated and used to fry the Kuli Kuli.
Kuli Kuli served as the inspiration for the US based nutritional food company Kuli Kuli that sells moringa based nutritional bars in Northern California and Nevada.

Green farmland near Bagnoo, just inland of Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia.
Looks quite a lot greener than my front lawn in Sydney which during the current heatwave has experienced temperatures as high as 45°C.

Rolling and crashing waves from all over, I am always mesmerised and fascinated!
What a roar, what a force!
You can smell it, feel it, taste it, hear it, a feast for the eyes... yes, came home, ALL the senses well fulfilled!
Have a great day and thank you for your time, Magda, (*_*)

The C-ATMOPP stopped up at the crossovers north of town to allow the BNSF 9961 North to grab two of its three rear helpers a half hour previous. Now the train drifts down into town with its dynamic brakes howling in the humid air. BNSF 9303 and 9558 have 135 loads of Wyoming coal shoving on them for more than 19,300 tons with the BNSF 9226 on the tail.

I've always wanted a piece of furniture painted french blue. Turns out, everybody has their own idea what color french blue is. This is the blue I liked best.
I took suggestions from social media on what modifications to make to the Hogwarts Grand Hall set. This best ended up as a rolling castle with a steampunk airship and a sci-fi flying saucer!
Thomas Heatherwick's Rolling Bridge and Marcus Taylor's Helix Bridge are actually sculptures based on a bridge theme; neither is a serious working bridge. There's an atmosphere of post-industrial melancholy about this one, more so when it failed to curl up when activated — to the disappointment of a handful of visitors.
Design: Heatherwick Studio, Structural Engineering: SKM Anthony Hunts. 2004.
