I met this gentleman whilst strolling in the park. He is nearly 80 years old and has been roller-skating for about 5 years. He had very major abdominal surgery 2 years ago but that didn't slow him down! Skating with the grace and poise of a ballet dancer he is indeed a remarkable man.
This is a photo taken with a camera that I think is neat beacuse, COME ON! It's an angel on rollerskates!
Photo shoot with Alexis (MM# 1858642). Makeup by Cindy Star (MM #2136483). Lighting was with one Alien Bee 800 with a 22" white beauty dish. Occasionally some sun for rim.

Found slide dated 1964. Could she possibly be more photogenic? This reminds me of the way things were marketed on early television. Look straight into the camera and hold the product up high so the viewing audience can see it.
Possibly the world's most unappetizing-looking cake behind Mom's head.

They looked so great in the shop and they weren't that expensive... But when I tried rollerskating I failed. Couldn't even walk on them! When I was a kid (8, 10 years old) I had rollerskates which you had to attach to your boots or shoes. Now, I wanted the real one. But alas, it was no succes...
So I sold them...
I was asked to make purple skates for a girl turning 9...I hand cut these bad boys! I'm getting better at it :)
