Bump-dots are great for using the sense of touch (as opposed to sight) to mark where certain buttons and settings are on appliances such as washing machines.

Apple has made their products, such as the iPhone and the iPad, to be some of the most accessible for impaired users--our tour guide says that Siri can actually be quite helpful.
