This friendly little guy (or gal) was wandering around in my friend's wildflowers earlier today, he or she was content sitting for the camera after I snapped numerous photos less than an inch away using a reverse macro ring.

Taken using reverse macro, slightly edited in photoshop. I'm really liking these new nickels :)

On my Nikon D40x I used a 200mm lens with a 35mm lens reversed on the end. This creates images to fill the frame at .15 inches across,meaning 6 times larger than their natural size.

I totally think this is amazing! :) I also just hand held the camera, so they are not totally clear. Sorry

Nature photos taken with a makeshift "double-lens reverse macro", in which I attached two 50mm f1.8 lenses face to face.

Some melting snow.

My 1st Attempt at a live spider, had to put the camera down on the grass in front of the spider and catch it before it moved.

 

Not as good as others on Flickr, but I'm proud of my 1st attempt and it was sunny which made it even worse

The play button on my Yamaha DD-55 drum machine; taken with a makeshift "double-lens reverse macro", in which I attached two 50mm f1.8 lenses face to face.

This was done using a conon 40D with the 18-55mm lens attached. Then a minolta 50mm f1.4 hand held on the front reversed.
