Taken using a reversed 28mm Canon FD lens that was purchased on eBay for £13.
Exposure tweaked in PSE.
Reverse lens macro held in place with my hand, no crop.
Was afraid to get closer for a better picture as I didn't want it to fly into my exposed lens!

Still killing time before our 3 hour tour (... a 3 hour tour) ... errr I mean ferry to Digby Nova Scotia, Brad suggested this park which had a vantage point over the falls and the skyline of Saint John, NB. It was our flexibility to adjust to what was allowed us which made this a most serendipitous trip.
As you can see here, the sun is making it's presence known.

Created in reverse, the letters were somehow masked off and then the wood was painted black. I love the inventiveness of this method and the care taken to mask. You could have easily made froms with squared off corners, but the was effort made to round corners and terminals.

Taken with a 24mm lens reversed onto a stack of 3 extension tubes. A hinged hot shoe allows the flash to lean out over the stack with a home made snoot to fire the light directly in front of the lens. Taken in Central Park, NYC.
