photo of the back of a quarter. And yes, I assure you this is a real quarter! The way I did this, is that I mounted my regular lens (55-200mm) on my nikon, then I reversed my old kalimar lens on the front, it turned it into a magnifying glass almost! aussome!!

STEP 1 - Reverse the left and right images.
The first step in preparing an SKF-1 3D image for crosseyed viewing is to take the left half of the image and put it on the right and take the right half and put it on the left. This image has had the sides reversed and it can be viewed by the crosseye method. It is not a particularly satisfactory 3D image, however, since the field of view differs between left and right and several ghost images caused by internal reflection are visible near the center of the image. More steps are needed to correct these problems.
This is a "crosseye" 3D image. To view it you want to look at the right side with your left eye and the left side with your right eye. Most people with good binocular vision can learn to do so by crossing their eyes slightly. To view the image you look at the image and relax your eyes, letting them go out of focus. Then cross your eyes slightly so you see three images. Concentrate on the one in the middle and you should see it in 3D.
Note: This is not a good image to use to try to learn to view crosseyed 3D images for the reasons mentioned above.
