L526 has left one of the switches lined for the reverse position at the Oshkosh Yard. This area should look pretty different once construction on the new through-plate girder bridge starts.

I was fooling around in the lunch room at work today trying to do some reverse lens macro shots. I then started asking people around the table for their rings so I could get those big rocks up close! :P This is the first time I can get good shots with this technique. I think flashing the objects with light helped a lot with that!
Strobist info: SB-800 in SU-4 Mode really close to camera left used nikon foot and lens cap to put the flash on a downward angle. On camera flash had no effect on the shot since I was so close to the watch.

Reverse lens macro experiement, hence the haze edge which gives a very soft effect.
18-55mm on camera - reversed 28-80mm - manual setting and focus - handheld. I didn't have any converters, I just held the 28-80 lens against the 18-66 lens. Very awkward but interesting results.
This shot was taken without using macro lens because i don't have. I used reverse lens technique and it worked somehow.
for this shot i used my e-510 with 14-42 lens attached with cam and used 40-150 as reversed (hand held) in front of 14-42 . first attempt using this technique. just cropped and signature added...
