This is a resting place on water for people picknicking but this day its too hot. Everyone is at home taking a siesta I guess. Even the ducks and mallards seem to be lazy this day.
Its 31C right now on Ekerö and I just read on Internet (www.wunderground.com) that Malmö in southern Sweden has 35C (95 in Fahrenheit)!!

Two recent long exposure landscape shots.
I haven't shot personal stuff with my Samyang 14mm in a while, so I thought I'd crack it out.
I also did some test to see if there were any light leak issues with the illumination light on the top LCD, and there were no changes in the meter or exposure issues.
A fox resting, took this a while ago. By the way, this is my 500th shot I upload on flickr since December 2006.
Managed to catch this worker on a rest break. She was fixing her hair at the time but still managed to pose for this shot :)

This pair of ducks was resting on the steps by Lake Mendota. I moved toward them slowly and quietly and was able to get very close without disturbing them.
While on vacation in Paris in 2006, I came across this woman resting outside the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. I figure she was a tired tourist, or a parisienne on her lunch break.
In the Denver Botanic Garden these ducks was napping hear but when a came back by they were all swimming bout.
Our husky Kona happens to be on bedrest after aggravating a nagging ACL injury he's had since he was young. The weather was so nice outside it was nice to take some time after work to relax...
Finally making the switch to almost all film... just got my Summitar 50mm and really enjoy the character of a lens made during WWII.
