Climate change is a defining threat of the 21st century, bringing irreversible losses to communities, livelihoods and the environment. The Asia-Pacific region, in particular, is the hardest hit by climate change and faces impacts well above the global average.
Despite the region’s exposure to climate risks, it is also positioned to benefit from the global shift towards net-zero transitions. Advancing this transition for climate action required collaborative efforts, targeted policies and inclusive approaches that prioritize the needs of all communities.
Under the EmPower: Women for Climate Resilient Societies (EmPower) Programme, UN Women and the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) co-organized the regional cross-learning workshop "Delivering Solutions: Accelerating Gender-Responsive Climate Action in Asia and the Pacific" from 3-5 March 2025 that provides a collaborative platform for regional stakeholders, such as government representatives and development partners, to engage in meaningful dialogue and share experiences in advancing climate action across the Asia-Pacific region.

NiDrivers is a car rental company based in Nigeria. They have both mobile apps and websites. The website is not used for hiring. The main focus of the website is to direct the user to download the mobile apps.
I work Nidrivers team as a UX Researcher, UX Writer, and Visual designer. This landing page design by me. It is a responsive page. I follow bootstrap classes to make the website perfectly responsive. This is col-md class.
Multi stakeholder consultation on Gender-Responsive Climate Financing in Bangladesh
To commemorate International Women’s Day, UN Women Bangladesh held a multi-stakeholder consultation on “Gender-Responsive Climate Financing in Bangladesh” on 6 March 2024. Focusing on this year’s theme “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress” the consultation brought together stakeholders government officials, women-right organizations (WROs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), development partners, and academia to provide recommendations on integrating gender considerations in the climate budget, in the lead up to the upcoming national budget (for the fiscal year 2024-25). The Honorable Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) Mr Saber Hossain Chowdhury was present as the Chief Guest, and MoEFCC Secretary Dr. Farhina Ahmed attended as the Special Guest.
