Red Cross workers at the Louisville Area Chapter's Emergency Operations center track all materials and services the Red Cross provides to those affected by disaster. The ARC Response Speeder, or ARC-RS, is used by Advanced Recon Commandos. It was designed for urban combat and has excellent agility and speed. Its weapon system includes two heavy blaster cannons on the hood, and one repeating blaster on the right side. It can hold two passengers and their guns. The trunk has enough room to hold a few explosives or other tactical equipment. It is colored gray so that it doesn’t stand out when parked. The different angles and the special engine cooling system help to deflect enemy radar. The back possesses a spool of strong cable for carrying supplies or for repelling down. It is used primarily on urban planets or large metropolises where it will respond to any type of threat, especially the CIS.
In this scene, two ARCs station on the crime-ridden world of Nar Shaddaa, have been informed of CIS activity in district 8, near a waste disposal facility. The ARCs are sent to investigate. They discover that droids are using the facility as a covert operations center. Then they quickly shred the guard droids with the blasters on the ARC-RS and prepare to enter the facility…

December 2018. The Oregon Department of Agriculture led a team of 22 Oregon volunteers to Butte County, California to take over the operations of the Small Animal Full Care Shelter. ODA organized 5 veterinarians, 6 veterinary technicians and 11 shelter management experts from all over the state to serve in a clinical and management role caring for more than 500 animals.
