Hello Everyone and a wonderful Saturday to you all. :) What a crazy week it has been, mostly at RL work doing things preparing for end of year. So I have been completely tied up and not in the fun way :P with work and baby sitting my sister's children in the evenings as she goes overboard on her to do lists. Though tiring I always find helping out is a joy to me, being needed by others and being able to be there for them, even if all one is doing is making homemade pizza and watching tv with your nieces and nephews for a few hours.

I realized it has been almost a week since I have uploaded a photo, I try to upload one every two or three days, but the holidays being what they always are time ran away from me, so I determined this morning to work on some older photos and to do a set of photos from various fans. :) One of which is a request of myself draped or laying across a car in an erotic pose, dressed in a sweater and leather skirt, sounded like a very simple photo so I went to one of my favorite photo places and took a few shots and doing a fairly quick edit, I used a photo plugin for the vignette in Lightroom and a few more tweaks and all done.

A big thank you for the fan request, I appreciate you taking the time to send one and I apologize for taking so long. :)

Have a wonderful Saturday everyone and go easy on the vodka and thank you all again for your lovely support and for allowing me to share my photos with you!

XOXO,

Hildda

This is definitely the most requested shot from all my newborn and baby clients. I try to keep it fresh with poses and different blankets so no 2 are identical.

addition to Toy Project Day 2393

When my mother requested a vegetable patch, my father allocated a suitable patch in the stackyard, just over the dyke from the North Calder farmhouse. The soil there was well drained, loose and fertile. It didn't need ploughing so my father used the tractor mounted Howard Rotavator to finely prepare the soil. He thought it should have a dose of manure for further fertility, and reversed up the side unloading rotary dung spreader, engaged the power take-off and revved the tractor engine.........and watched, aghast as the soft, mature manure was flung up 30 feet to coat the side of the large house and obliterate all the pristine clean washing hanging on the washing line nearby.

He never did it again. But afterwards we reverted to the traditional way of hanging out the washing. Simply take wet clothing and fling it over the nearby gorse/whin bushes. No pegs required. the thorns hold the clothing fast, even in the strongest gales. And the prevailing winds dry the clothing ridiculously quickly, and leave them smelling so clean. Unfortunately some of the thorns stuck to the inside of the clothes. Ouch!

I think this is our bagpipe playing postman's house. He said he lives out at Kentra, on the back of the hill. A view of life somewhere else. Not very Coronation Street is it?

Requested by Amy, here are my Ringo Pie blocks all together (sans my kitchen aid block that has taken up residence in a shadow box frame until I'm ready to work on the quilt). I think I'm only missing one persons block?

A few people requested the ‘Modern Hookah’ seats that temporary rez as an actual furniture item. You can purchase it at the Tredente Mainstore for 60L this weekend. 👍

Here she is; my little bright-eyed shadow for the holidays!

I had a request out of the blue from a Swedsh company to pay to use one of my photos of a tightrope walker, pouring a cup of tea whilst on a tightrope, in an advert of theirs.

I managed to track down 'Anaspitos Bullzini' down, aka Chris, and we agreed to split the money 50/50. So we arranged to meet last night so I could give him his share and we could celebrate with a a fine cup of Earl Grey tea. I had such a warm welcome and it was lovely to meet him, see the area he trains in as well as the props for his new show. And of course I couldn't leave without a photo of our meeting outside the converted 1920s circus caravan that he lives in with his wife.

This is what I like so much about flickr, the random requests and opportunities such as this.

***IMPORTANT REQUEST***

Dear friends, like millions of people I was watching the most anticipated regular season football match in the NFL today between the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals. In the first quarter we were all stunned to see 24 year old Buffalo corner, Damar Hamlin, make a tackle and then collapse to the ground. Medical personnel immediately began administering CPR as the players and staff of both teams gathered around to pray. There were plenty of tears. Tonight Damar Hamlin is in a critical condition on life support in the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Fans from both teams are holding a vigil. The game was cancelled.

Please pray that this vibrant young man makes a full recovery. He recently launched a toy drive for young poor kids, aiming to raise $2500. Tonight that fund has raised $4.4 million!

Once alongside the wharf at the terminal here, the ship is able to make a lateral move to port and is then fixed by ropes. Then the passengers are able to disembark.

Alright, I did it. I drew Gretchen's -- original -- request of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson wearing a frilly pink tutu and singing the Karaoke with a flamingo. I wasn't sure if he was supposed to sing with the flamingo as in like in his hand or beside him but hand just sort of happened so I did that XD (attention, no animals were harmed in the making of this photo even if it looks otherwise :P)

I loved drawing this -- very different request Gretchen and I love you for it. It was fun! XD Part of me felt bad for drawing it though. Maybe it's the animal abuse, maybe it's the tutu or maybe it's because my siblings looked at me weird for drawing it, I dunno. :P

Oh! Btw, what do ya'll think he's singing? I'm curious. He's really into what he's singing but I'm not sure what. Give me suggestions!!
