At the request of Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, through the Oklahoma Office of Emergency Management, Governor Stitt authorized the Oklahoma National Guard to activate Guard members to provide manpower and logistics support and to provide expertise in the identification of hazardous materials associated with the seizure of a number of illegal or unregistered marijuana grow operations. The Oklahoma National Guard routinely supports civil authorities and partner agencies in numerous and sometimes overlapping emergencies, disasters, and major events.
The Oklahoma National Guard answered the call to support our state with approximately 150 Guard members, 14 dump trucks, UH-60 Black Hawk and UH-72 Lakota helicopters, and numerous other heavy machinery to support the operation. The OKNG assisted with the clean-up of the nine illegal or unregistered grow sites after Law Enforcement Officers served warrants and gathered the evidence they needed. The OKNG ensured no hazardous materials were left on the sites and hauled away plants and other debris for safe and supervised destruction.
In all, the operation resulted in the seizure of more than 100,000 marijuana plants, over 2,000 pounds of processed marijuana, totaling more than $500 million.

Liberty L-12 Aircraft Engine
The Liberty engine was designed at the request of the U.S. Government's Aircraft Production Board in May 1917. Designed in only five days it became one of the most produced and successful early American aircraft engines. The engine was specifically designed to be easy to mass produce and more than 20,000 were produced between 1917 and 1919. Most of the major and many smaller automobile manufacturers in the U.S. were given contracts to produce Liberty engines. This particular one was built by the Lewis Spring and Axle Company of Chelsea, Michigan.

Weston Bike Night 25 07 2013
This weekly Thursday meet during the summer is based at the sea front in the sea side resort of Weston Super Mare, North Somerset, UK.
It is organised by the Riders Branch of the British legion, all bikes donate £1 to enter and all proceeds go the charity "The Poppy Appeal".
This image can be obtained for a donation of £5 per image, the full image will then be e-mailed to you.
Either send donation via paypal stating the images wanted to bikenightphotos@btinternet.com or send a e-mail to bikenightphotos@btinternet.com with your request and a paypal invoice will be e-mailed to you allowing you to make a secure donation via debit/credit card.
All proceeds will go to the charity being supported by the event "The Poppy Appeal".

Monday night my friends The Requested invited me to go with them on there trip to Corpus Christi, TX since they had a show with Gwen Stacy, Vanna, Oceana, and Armor For The Broken.
This was my first time hitting the road with these guys and it was a lot of fun hopefully I can go on there 2 week tour in the west coast this summer :)

'Keep TheM(usic) Going' was en bonte avond met alleen maar regionale artiesten in allerlei stijlen, van mannenkoor tot hardcore! Georganiseerd i.s.m. Stichting Popmuziek Limburg en de opbrengst ging naar Serious Request 2015. Fotograaf: Sharik Derksen.
I posted this B&W version at the request of my friend Phiddy, as I had mentioned on my original version that I had made a mono version also.
Unfortunately I am using Elements so I am stuck at the moment with using convert to B&W method so there is not as much lattitude as in CS. I used the mono "Newspaper" B&W conversion, it gave a better tonal range than the other options, i also did a little, levels adjustment dodging and burning and a touch of sharpening.
