Oh this one was fun to do. This statue is at a nearby school, so I went there with a cutout of "Buddhist Statue 1" by jezevec (http://www.flickr.com/photos/96636569@N00/ and is used with permission) and did this.

I'm stupidly excited! I found sequins on ebay that match the claws on Stormer's top. Which means I can finally fix up the loose tops I have from ebay that are missing their "claws". Now I'm just waiting on chrome pinstriping to replace the missing silver bit on the two tops I have. I've also been looking for suitable replacements for her orange plastic flower... I kinda love the idea of being able to add "Stormer Repair Kits" to my etsy shop for other fans to fix up their beloved Stormers, too...
Replacement of auto-on-site, the CSR WindScreen station quickly, efficiently and inexpensively replace your windscreen, rear or side window!
not so bad. the trickiest part was getting the front of the case separated.
If you're going to do this I highly suggest www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9r1UAVq9AU and www.ifixit.com/Guide/Device/MacBook_Pro_15"_Core_2_D...
Pizza Luce was quick to deliver my replacement order. Maybe too quick. It was barely cooked, so I had to stick it in the oven for a bit. By this point the guys were long done with their meal and I ate alone. Le sigh. At least it was tasty when I finally got to eat it.
This house stands next door to my parents. It was built in 1988, to replace a house that burned. I barely remember playing in the vacant lot before it was built. It's, uh, a bit out of place.
Dad's pants got gasoline on them, so Kristina's gonna wash them. These pyama bottoms are perfect in the meantime.
This model benefited a lot from a wheel replacement job; it originally looked like even more of a jacked up off-road vehicle than usual with models (toys) in this scale. I cleaned up the casting and then reduced the wheel arch openings using plastic tubing, followed by a coat of Tamiya Silver Leaf and clear gloss, with red painted flashes on the rear fenders. Decals are by Pattos, and the 3D printed wheels are from Roger Wheel Company on Shapeways. The car (actually a 550RS) won its class in the 1954 Carrera Panamericana road race with Hans Hermann driving heroically alone.
Our fine USPS has "misplaced" the block I mailed Mary. Maybe it will turn up someday and she will have two.
Since my iPhone's display was wacked, I called Roger's and after some troubleshooting, they told me that they would send out a replacement. In 2 days the replacement was delivered in a kit Pretty damn good service.
Kit includes:
- iPhone in smaller iPhone box than original
- white box to place defective iPhone into
- paper clip
- new SIM card
- UPS shipping bag and slip
Octogonal font probably placed during the 1855 renovation - wonder what happened to the old one !! - Church of St.Giles, Darlton Nottinghamshire
