The Blues Festival in the little village of Thredbo, in the Australian Snowy Mountains is always a blast.
Indoors in the Schuss Bar, the Repeat Offenders, a new line-up of old musical favourites, pound out some seriously swampy southern soul with Gary Lothian on guitar, Rosscoe Clark on drums, Dave Green on bass, and Sally King on vocals.

WEEK 14 – Closing the Gap (III)
Out in the parking lot now, here's a shot of the exterior – from a straight-on perspective, and not an angle taken while on the sidewalk, as we saw yesterday :P December 20th is a bit too long ago for me to remember the weather now, but the image seems to point to a pretty similar scenario as what's playing out this weekend: cold and wet! I shouldn't complain, because next thing I know, it'll be 97° XD

This is a repost from five years ago, here to tie together a few things from the last set of photos. One of the pictures I posted included the Rim Rock Patio, where I said we'd sat many times and wondered if there was a route along the mesa we hiked yesterday.
Well, here's the view from the Rim Rock. Right there above the beer is Cooks Mesa, pretty much the whole hike can be seen from right here.

In the last couple of years, Cardiff Bus appeared to have switched to Alexander Dennis for new vehicles, having already received 10 E20D MMCs and a similar number of 'classic style' E20Ds earlier this year. However, a repeat order was placed for 10 Mercedes Benz Citaro 0295s and these have recently arrived as 131-40, following on sequentially from the 30 Citaros delivered in 2013 and 2015.
All carry branding for Service 27 (Thornhill), which sees competition from New Adventure Travel's X8, and as a representative of the batch, 133 is emerging from Park Street, with the Principality Stadium forming the backdrop, in late August 2017.
Today's listening on repeat. Communique is an often overlooked Dire Straits album and I've never really understood why. It's probably my favourite and has been since my dad introduced me to them in the late 70s. Reminds me of being sat on rolls of carpet in his van when I helped him out (he was a carpet fitter). No front passenger seat - he took that out so he could fit the rolls of carpet in and so we sat where we could. If you fell out or hurt yourself it was your own fault. Great times.

Repeat exhibits Raf Simons’s imaginary world through a series of silent videos. These screens simultaneously broadcast different sequences shot by Peter De Potter as elements of film editing, which reveal the complex personality of the designer and the magnetic vision he has relentlessly put forward: that of transition – adolescence to adulthood, a paradoxical wandering between rage and distraction, black and white, darkness and light Discovery.

Some of our Iris have started to bloom again and are adding an extra welcomed splash of color to our garden.
Not sure if all the rain we've have lately has anything to do with it, or if we just happen to have Iris that bloom in late winter and then again in late spring but whatever the reason I'll take it.
Just gonna keep going back to Bamburgh until I make the photo that i want to from this location (then I'll still keep on going back after that in any case cos I love the location)!
The elements didn't really come together this morning and the sun never appeared but i liked the cloud structure and will maybe post one or two other shots later!
Wouldn't normally put the castle so central but think it works alright with the ledge and water flow!?
