Went slope soaring for the first time last night using a glider that Tim built for me. The base plane is an E-Flite Conscendo Evolution. It was a maiden into a 30 MPH wind. The plane survived to fly another day.
My son, Gordon, trying to decipher the instructions on how to operate & program our new Harmony remote control... It looks more complicated than the last server I set up at work! I just hope it works for us!

Just borrowed this Home Theater Master MX 1000 Universal Remote from a friend to see if my wife and I would like it enough to buy it from him.
As much of a techno-geek as I am, I realized that I prefer good old-fashioned remotes with buttons that you can feel. The touchscreen thing is just not my thing.

This thing is huge. As you can see it takes the entire shelf. To paraphrase Jeff Foxworthy: "If you demand (and get) a remote control car larger than a Ford Festiva .... you might be a spoiled brat."
