Me and Karl standing at the top of Mount Vesuvius, each wondering if the other is about to throw them into volcano.
Mount Vesuvius is one of the most famous volcanoes in the world.
Towering thousands of feet over the Gulf of Naples, the mountain erupted with great force in 79AD, engulfing the surrounding area and burying the towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
The eruption almost halved the height of the mountain and left a characteristic conical shape, which dominates the skyline for miles around.
The volcano has erupted many times since, though never on the same scale as that 79AD eruption and the next eruption is now overdue.
You can reach the top by driving most of the way and then walking the final mile or so to gaze into the cone from the edge.

There is so much symmetry in nature, yet it is always sprinkled with a bit of asymmetry. The combination which is probably aligned with the golden ratio of 1.618 (just a guess though) makes everything in nature so aesthetically appealing and wonderful to experience with the visual and also the somatosensory components and systems divinely bestowed to our biological manifestations in reality.

The Dublin Chinese new Year Festivasl (DCNYF) is a programme of the City Arts Office, part of the Culture, Community & Recreation Department of Dublin City Council
Established in 2008, the Dublin Chinese New Year Festival (DCNYF) year-on-year celebrates, promotes and deepens the understanding of the Sino/Irish relationship. 2017 will celebrate The Year of the Rooster and marks the 10th year of this internationally recognised festival. The Chinese New Year Day was Saturday 28th of January 2017. The Festival consisted of cultural and celebratory programme to mark this significant date in the Chinese Calendar. Dublin will also continue to build on its twinning agreement with Beijing signed in 2011 and Dublin Airport Authority twinning with Beijing Airport established in 2013.

Living History Time Line at Camp Reynolds, located on Angel Island State Park, California. Angel Island was an army post from 1863 until 1946
During the Civil War, there was a fear of a Confederate raider being able to enter San Francisco Bay and attack either the San Francisco water front, Mare Island Naval Base, The arsenal at Benicia or the black powder works in Hercules. At the time, Fort Point and Alcatraz were used in bay defense. Angel Island became home to a couple of artillery batteries.
During the war in the Philippines Angel Island was used to quarantine soldiers returning from the conflict.
The island also saw a lot of activity during both World Wars. The Army ceased operations on the island soon after the war.
The Army returned for a short time from 1954 until 1962 and operated a NIKE missile site

Ross is a 37 year old musicien. His favorite color is turquoise and his favorite food is steamed fried vegetables with fish and white wine.
When I asked what his dream was, he replied: "I don't believe in dreams, they put too much pressure on people and gets people to worship others for their achievements, they can become delusions and unhealthy."
Two words to describe himself was "Introverted" because he needs to sometimes spend time with by himself to figure things out, and "Forgiven" because " it's what I feel when I think of my relationship with God."
Ross's best childhood memory was when he was 6 and sitting in apricot tree eating apricots. His worst childhood memory was when he had recurring nightmares of a tractor weel chasing him and on another occasion him being forcibly separated from his parents at a conference.
If Ross could change anything in today's world, it would to make himself more helpful to others as possible.
For him, "Happiness" is being in the presence of God.
