365 Day 64 reject/alternative: The captions for these are going to suck...they were taken in a big hurry for the most part, as I'm home for Christmas and don't have time for fancy artistic photos lol Hope everyone has/had a Merry Christmas and I'll be back to more interesting pics next week, I promise!
On of the rejects of today's 365. Think the other one gives a better feel of the 'self love' theme, and this one is a bit more....wow hehe
The castle of Maddaloni.
Built during the Roman Empire.
Fortified and enlarged by Roger II of Sicily in 1134.
Raided and set on fire by Ferdinand of Aragon in 1460.
Taken back to its old magnificence by Dukes of Carafa until the end of Bourbon Kingdom of Naples.
Occupied by the troops of Garibaldi in 1860, and then abandoned.
Sacked and plundered by Allies of World War II.
Now abandoned and giving way.
People of Maddaloni will regret about that only when it will collapse once and for all.

I was going to make this and the picture I chose into a diptych, but I don't have photoshop on this computer, and flickrtoys won't let me do it the way I want. So, now it's just a reject. But I chose to keep it uploaded because you can't really see my new outfit in the picture for today.
So yes, I got this at Target today, and I feel super cute.

Scott Pruitt is ordered by an Oklahoma City court to publicly release his emails with dirty energy companies, a member of his own party has also said she will vote against his appointment as head of the Environmental Protection Agency. Pruitt’s actions have already made it clear he wants to dismantle the EPA – as Oklahoma attorney general he sued the agency at least 14 times. His allegiance is clearly with the dirty energy giants who have supported him for years.

Rejected Christmas card concept. Concept, lighting and focus better for this one, but it was still lacking something.

I've got a whole sunroom that's now chock-a-block with pottery I've made, ranging from various rejects, glaze tests, second-quality pottery (otherwise good stuff with random chips or glaze problems), and the occasional piece that I just don't like.
Usually I smash these, but these are pieces that people get upset to see me destroy.
