A bottle of spring water with sunlight filtering through made a nice subject to practice on. Buxton is a small town in the Peak District. Super sharpening of this image enhanced the effect.

One of a small group of young Friesians having a drink from Afon Alyn just outside Llandegla. I was thinking much the same and was headed to the village's community shop and cafe.

Putting a few water troughs around the area to make water available for the bees.

Caught in the moment of a summer's pause, here's a candid shot of a day at the café. Amidst the casual hustle of street-side dining, the cool grip on a lime soda promises a tiny, fizzy escape.
