I took several refreshing walks on the beach while visiting Barbados.

shot with a single portaflash head (336VM), set directly in front of subject. Used a snoot to direct light and a black backdrop at least 2 stops below subject with most ambient light negated. Linked via direct cable from hot shoe and fired via infra red remote.

Today was a good day, I was able to sleep in and get caught up on paperwork. Then, this afternoon my meetings were canceled so I went shopping, pampered myself, got a mini-massage and visited an Oxygen Bar, then ate at an Oyster Bar... I feel refreshed... can ya tell?
