So, where do I start? It's been a while, but i'm going to try and start posting regularly, and commenting on photos on here again. I've had my reasons for not being as active of late, but hopefully the past is now the past, and I should be back.
So what's changed? Everything was getting too serious, to the point where i'd almost lost my passion for what I was doing, as I was starting to feel like I was expected to post something, which in turn made everything feel like a chore, so i've taken time out of everything besides my Facebook page, and now i'm feeling happy, motivated and refreshed again.
I've also upgraded all my kit bag, so that's got me excited about my photography again too, as the 450d really was holding me back in certain circumstances.
The main thing is, i've now found my passion for my hobby again, and it's just superb getting out there, for myself, and if others like my work, then happy days, if they don't, then so be it.
I'm back, i'm happy, and it's time to get back into viewing and commenting on my Flickr friends photos.
Anyhow, a little about the image....
This was taken last sunday, using the new camera in anger for only the second time (the first time was sunrise the day before) and i'm amazed. This was taken using no filters at all, just me controlling the camera, and the cameras dynamic range showing me just how good it really is.
It's understandable this little lighthouse at the far end of Bamburgh beach often gets overlooked, when the castle is just along the way, but at the right time of year, and with the right tide, it makes for a lovely sunset photo.
EXIF still over there>>>>> I hope lol

shot with a single portaflash head (336VM), set infront of subject. Used a white backdrop 1 stop above subject with a flash slave clamped onto background. Most ambient light negated. Linked to flash via direct cable from hot shoe and fired via infra red remote.

Macro Week - Day 5
Whenever I see a photo like this it always makes me thirsty...that's prob why those marketing bods do it??
Gaillardias are quite heat-resistant, but appreciate the rain as much as we do after all these dry weeks...

As liveries go, Air France is a classic with its Eurowhite colour scheme and tricolour predominant on the tail. The carrier saw a refresh to the brand back in 2009 to replace the outdated 1976 livery; since then, the colour scheme has seen minor variations since the introduction of the Boeing 787 and more recently since 2019, the Airbus A350.
To coincide with the introduction of the Airbus A350; Air France adopted larger typefaces across the fuselage on all repainted aircraft since 2019, although the first to feature this went to the Boeing 787 back in 2017. Their hippocampe ailé or seahorse logo first adopted from Air Union is more prevalent, the logo remains on the engines although are more notable on the forward fuselage by the cockpit as well as on the inside of wing-tips / winglets. The SkyTeam logo which usually appear on the forward fuselage now appears towards the rear.
Another notable change is the introduction of names; Air France has decided that all future repaints and new aircraft will feature this, with French cities, towns and Franco overseas territories forming the backbone of the naming convention.
Currently, Air France operates 101 Airbus A320 family aircraft, which includes 12 Airbus A318s, 28 Airbus A319s, 42 Airbus A320s and 19 Airbus A321s.
Golf Tango Alpha Hotel is one of 19 Airbus A321s operated by Air France, delivered new to the flag-carrier on 7th December 1999 and she is powered by 2 CFM International CFM56-5B1/3 engines. She is named after the south-western town of Dax, located close to the Franco-Iberian border and is a commune in New Aquitaine.

I can clearly now the rain is gone....it's gonna be a bright, bright, sun shiny day.
I think many of us can relate. I had a FABULOUS afternoon being one with nature! I traded in the umbrella for some sunglasses, and hiking by the swollen rivers and creaks. The birds were on parade celebrating the day. HMM ALL :D

Abellio London ADL Enviro200MMC 8845 (YX16NZT) turns onto Vine Street in Uxbridge whilst on Route U7, following a recent refurbishment.
In recent times water has become a valuable commodity.farmers witnessed the effects of lack of water and soil erosion and its detrimental impact on agricultural production and yields,As the human and animal population increases, these stresses will become greater and the demand on natural resources will increase leading to permanent loss of vegetation and plant species. This may also lead to the conversion of large areas into wastelands and to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters.Only 2.5% of the water supply on Earth is fresh water. So water scarcity is a major issue in the world. It is causing mounting problems for human population and ecosystem in the earth. So Lets fight against desertification in the globe.
