Ushuaia Adventure: Journey to the End of the World

This collection serves as a visual odyssey through the rugged and ethereal landscapes of Tierra del Fuego and the Antarctic surroundings. The series captures the dual nature of exploration: the intimate, gritty details of the journey and the overwhelming scale of the southern wilderness.

From the solitary trekker overlooking the Beagle Channel to the iconic red and white Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse standing guard against the crashing waves, each frame tells a story of resilience and awe. The narrative transitions from the luxury of an expedition cruise ship navigating through ice-filled waters to the raw reality of a king crab fisherman at work in the freezing rain.

Witness the local inhabitants—Gentoo penguins huddled on pebble shores—and the quiet, frosty details of the native flora. The journey is punctuated by the warmth of a high-altitude camp at dawn and the nostalgic view from the "End of the World" train. This set is a tribute to the spirit of adventure, where nature remains the ultimate protagonist, untamed and magnificent.

Our little one is headed down the trail. And I am tempted to run after her... But as the only bright red object in my field of vision, I am not worried I won't find her.

I’m letting go

Of the life I planned for me

And my dreams

Losing control

Of my destiny

Feels like I’m falling and that’s what it’s like to believe

So I’m letting go

Today I went for a walk in our "Little Forest"

My shoes are too small and now my feet hurt.

The lens hood for my camera broke.

I think it was worth it.
