Junction of Crispin Lane and Mold Road. Once the site of the old Dickens Garage, this land was purchased by the Welsh Government last summer and should see redevelopment of the Kop stand and other improvements. Of course the new Hollywood owners (actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney who have invested £2m in Wrexham FC) have grand plans for the future. Hopefully it will be sooner than later that they are able to come here and celebrate-Hollywood style! Just the small matter of getting promotion from the shadows of the Vanarama league to the football league!!!

The historic hotel located on Edgewater Drive will be redeveloped into a condo-hotel. The original building will be restored and new wings added to hold 150 hotel rooms. Amenities will include a pool, spa, restaurant and shops.
