I caught this great old house - built in that lovely Swiss style known as 'eccentric' - just before it was pulled down :(
Eccentricity is old. Eccentricity is out. Make way for the new development of a fantastic new block of apartments where lots of happy Swiss families will be able to share the lake views previously enjoyed by only an elite few.

A completely new block of flats at the tannery redevelopment, designed to look like an old industrial building that has been converted. Rather a shame that the weatherboarding is plastic and that nobody gets a balcony.
September 5, 2016 - Demolition has already begun on the east side of High Street between 16th and 17th Avenues. News reports have it that a Target Store will be occupying the ground floor of the proposed six story mixed use building that will be called the Wellington Building a nod to one of the buildings that used to house Bernie's Bagels and Deli. I used to buy bagels here keep me awake when I would pull all-nighters in college.
Progress 25 Feb 2009. Winooski's hidden mill at 110 West Canal Street near the Millyard Condominiums is being repurposed as loft style office and development space. Developer Larry Williams will welcome Fuze Marketing, Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission and Chittenden County Metropolitan Planning Organization in the spring of 2009.

This is a redevelopment of Charter Place in Watford Town Centre. Photos are of the revamping of one the multi-storey car parks.

As a final project for an urbanism class, I composed a masterplan for the redevelopment of a social housing quarter in Rome. The masterplan was presented as shown above: a site plan with detail sketches and a perspective drawing of one of the public spaces. The project was done over a 24-hour period.
