Catedral de Guadalajara de noche, en HDR generado a partir de un solo RAW. Faltó pasarle el Noise Ninja para corregir el problema del ruido. Iso 100, creo, y 5 o 10 segundos de exposición.
Flower, flower grow for me,
Become a flower from a seed,
Grow your roots and a stem,
Let the water come right in
Flower, flower you are true,
You make me happy when I am blue,
You became a flower from a seed,
You did all that just for me

HDR - Palm Desert, CA - (geotagged)
Capturing this exposure was quite the challenge because it was extremely windy in the desert that day. That door kept on slamming every time I tried to leave it open for this shot.

These flowers are also known as Magic Lilies or Naked Ladies. The foliage comes up in late winter and looks like a clump of thick grass. The leaves die back and in early August the roots end up a single shoot without leaves that develops a cluster of flower buds at the top. I understand that this flower is in the amaryllis family. Mine do not bloom every year. On the other hand, how often can one claim to have made pictures of naked ladies in their yard?

This is a picture from the same group as the three I uploaded the other day. My wife and I went down to Florida to get some shots over this weekend and this is one of the ones I got.

We had sleet and freezing rain all last night and all day today. I couldn't go out farther than my front porch, and even that was dicey.

It may look a underexposed, but this looks almost exactly as it did in person... it was so pretty!
And this is tilted because I was using my friends SUV spare tire rack as a tripod, and I like it tilted anyways :]
What do you think of this new style?
A while back I was in Hollywood Studios and walking around taking photos and getting used to the park itself. I was supposed to meet up with a bunch of other photographers. I got a head start on the day and had already taken most of the shots I wanted to before they even arrived. The issue was that the meet up was in the middle of...
