I corrected the white balance of this image by using the doppler and selected the "white" on the collar of the gentlemen in the right most area of the image.
I adjusted the white balance, I used a mask and altered the color of the sign, and then used the inverse mask and the unsharpen filter to modify the background.
This image was overexposed in parts and underexposed in others. I recovered some detail, then compensated for the resulting desaturization by raising the saturization.
