This is from a recipe from the book "Raw food, real world". It uses one whole coconut: the milk and meat. Then we add fresh cut pine apple, some fresh lime juice, agave nectar and vanilla and boom! Instant yummy tropical vacation in my living room!
This was taken at John Ford Point in the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. This rider charges visitors $2 each to take photos of him on the horse. He certainly helps to make the scene.

WWE Monday Night RAW live broadcast at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN on January 11th, 2010. The guest host for the evening was Mike Tyson.
After the RAW broadcast was over, Cena and Sheamus came out for a title match. Cena won on a count out and Sheamus left while Cena did his thing. Then Sheamus came back on stage for a further beating.
When I approached this close, the Crocodile suddenly turned to its left and slid into the waters of the Kaveri. Pl note that its right foreleg is only a stump. Yet, its speed of movement was amazing. It disappeared in about five seconds.

I finally screwed up the nerve to start the 100 Strangers Challenge! I made it easy on myself. Jeromy (I'm not sure of the spelling -- it's pronounced "JerOHmee") is a sidewalk vendor at some local Farmer's Markets, including ours. He sells various antiques, including old camera equipment.
I was checking out some old pinhole cameras he had when we started talking. I asked him if I could take his picture and explained the challenge. He mentioned that he isn't on the internet at all "my wife is sometimes."
I was too nervous to ask many questions, but he did offer that another photographer spent a good part of the day with him a few weeks ago taking lots of pictures. Jeromy relayed that this guy was a part of some convention of Air Force photographers in town and they were doing a project and he had decided to use Jeromy and his stall as a subject. I can understand why, Jeromy had tons of very interesting looking antique cameras.
I didn't ask Jeromy's age, how long he'd been in the country (he had a lovely accent that I couldn't place -- maybe Greek.) I didn't ask how he spent his time when he wasn't working here, though I did find out he doesn't have a card.
Lots of questions I could have asked, but didn't. But that's why I started this project -- to learn.
A special thanks to ~nut*meg~ for turning me on to 100strangers. She's rocking the project so much that I had to give it a try!
PS - I'm hitting & running with this, gotta cook the kids some dinner before bedtime! Hope to catch up later!
