I didn't make the dog. I tried to make a replica with polymer clay, but I did not like how it turned out. I ended up mosaic-ing the background and using a dog I bought from a store. I might try again to make the dog. This is for a friend, but now I want one too!

We’ve been getting raw milk (also called Real Milk) from a local farm for a few years. Actually I should say that we’ve been getting raw milk from our cow for a few years. The sale of raw milk is illegal in Ohio, so we participate in what’s called a “Herd Share” program. We bought a cow and we pay the farmer’s to take care of it for us. It’s legal to drink raw milk if it comes from your own cow. This milk is as fresh as you can get, we pick it up the day after it’s milked, it’s unpasteurized and unhomogenized. Since it’s not homogenized the cream rises to the top, it’s also called cream line milk. We make butter every week from our raw milk. It's a fun process and it saves me lots of money. I get about a pound and a half of butter each week.

Because I really do like to get feedback and ideas from you folks, and your suggestions have always been good.
I went to a raw vegan potluck! I ate a lot of delicious food and met a lot of wonderful people!
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the meal foods, but here are some of the desserts!

This is for Fro Knows Photo (check out his website www.froknowsphoto.com). In thes shot I edited it in LR boosted the colors selectively and contrasts. Then I edited it in Color efex pro, used the preset tonal contrast first and then ran it through again using galour glow. Gives it a nice almost HDR effect.
A very cold winter's day after the fields have been stripped bare. You see the lines, get the shot, and retreat to your fireside.
Got out of bed a bit early to take advantage of the light & shoot some flowers. I was followed by my cat Sushi (knick named Squish or Squishy because that is how he feels when we hug him) who laid in the grass to keep cool. Shot with Canon's 85mm f/1.2L lens
