A huge field of Rapeseed at Lydgate in Holmesfield stretching down to Horsleygate and the Cordwell Valley. Views across the valley to Owler Bar, Unthank, Shillito Wood and the edge of the Eastern Moors of the Derbyshire Peak District.
A field of blooming rapeseed and two lonely trees somewhere in the Taunus Mountains in Germany near Idstein.

Looking across a rapeseed field to Barling Road on a windy but clear afternoon it was so breezy it was difficult to keep anything still hence the blur.
I used a Lee Pro Glass 0.9 ND filter in conjunction with a Lee 0.75 ND Graduated soft filter.
County Down , especially around the outskirts of Killyleagh , these brilliant hues of yellow can be seen.
Always a lovely contrast against a clear blue sky....a big thank you to Paul for the location of this one - cheers !
