In realta si tratta di una foto che ho scattato un paio di anni fà....(avevo ancora i capelli lunghi)
Solo ora, e con qualche esitazione, ho deciso di pubblicarla.
Rap en salmorra amb gamba blanca i praliné d’all. El taco de rap era bo però tenia una textura ferma que no era la que esperàvem (suposadament degut al tractament d'assecat amb salmorra) i la resta de components del plat estava molt bé, destacant la intensitat del praliné del fons. Bo.

Rap amb cansalada curada, musclos i cremós de bròquil. Taco de rap, de textura ferma i bon sabor, rematat amb llesques de cansalada en un suculent fons on hi havia la crema (bròquil o coliflor?), abundant suc de rostit, cebes rostides i un bon grapat de musclos. Un plat potser una mica massa carregat, però bé.
Should someone at ToysRus issue a statement? Does the company support Whoopi's position that 13 year olds that are given Quaaludes and alcohol can consent to sex with 44 year olds? Roman Polanski agreed that it was rape and plead guilty - maybe Whoopi should just shut up. Why did she get involved and support the rapist over the child?

Rap curat en shiokoji de blat roig escairat, pèsols del Maresme a la brasa i velouté d’ortigues de mar al curri verd, amb allada, blat de moro envinagrat i un aire que no recordem de què era. Un rap de textura “especial”, força bo, en un joc de contrastos original i molt interessant que ens va resultar un punt massa “barroc”. Era bo però és un plat que no tornaríem a demanar expressament.
