Rape fields, Herefordshire. It was very difficult on these small country lanes to find somewhere to stop and photograph the fields. There were many to choose from but access was not easy!

From my walk yesterday and this oil seed rape field glowed in the sunshine.

Travelling throughout Poland in May, you cannot omit numerous rape fields, which look great on any photo :-)

had a quick drive out later tonight and was very pleased with the skylark on the rape I could not photograph it from the van as i was too low so walked along trying to find a gap in the rape and was amazed it did not fly off also shots of a hare so quite nice for a short session

Today I tested my new lens, Tamron 24-70 f2.8. It is fantastic it's very sharp and the contrast is also good the image stabilizer works very well.

Rape Field, Herefordshire. The same field as my previous image but taken from the top of a hump back bridge.
