Aus dieser Perspektive sieht es fast so aus, als würde Ransweiler im Raps versinken.

From this perspective, it almost looks as if Ransweiler is submerged in rapeseed.

I know I don't normally multi post but this is the same location taken earlier in the year. A lovely Spring morning, I had just been to a nearby bluebell wood. The vibrant yellow rape seed was alongside.

The Crater Mine in North Death Valley, Ca. has been mined twice for sulfur although significant amounts of gypsum and sinter are also present. The source of the sulfur is from hydrothermal alteration related to the vapor phase of a hot spring system feeding up through limestones and dolomites.
