Please don't take any offence at the wording on the chair. When I took the photo I looked at the scene and imagined it without the writing, I got a totally different impression of the picture, colourful, arty these types of thoughts. What the power of a few words can do to our imagination. It's not only a picture, but our opinions of people can also be effected with words from others

Looks a bit eastern European to me. It is in fact Staffordshire, England.
This image was uploaded in 2014, just after the invasion of Crimea. As a reality abstract it was to show sympathy with Ukraine and its people. At the time a friend asked "is this a new Sudetenland?". It now looks as though he was correct.
