I thought this scene was extremely peaceful. I particularly like the lonely bench sitting out on this cliff completely open to all the elements.

Not much has been preserved of the south range. Built at the same time as the Nithsdale Lodging in the east range in the 1630s, it housed the public spaces of the caste. It had a large entrance hall and a smaller room on the west side. The layout of the upper floor is unknown, but there likely was a chapel somewhere.
