We collect compost scraps at home and deliver them to the composting program at our local urban farmer's market. Zoli was excited to see the composting stalls at Arcadia and finally understand what actually happens to all those scraps and how they turn into compost.
we raked up the leaves in our neighbor's yard. this was maybe a quarter of them.
ryan did more of the raking than i did. but he would've done it with a million wheelbarrow trips had i not suggested raking them onto a tarp.
all the leaves got sent through the chipper shredder. some got bagged and put around the house foundation for extra insulation. the rest went in the garden beds and compost.
Checking alignment of 4 blades, all bent to ~60mm offset (depending on how deeply I slot the dropouts and whether I position them so I can finish them to look like it's a continual curve to the actual dropout or not.
