Put a couple wine rack ideas together and here it is ! :)
Steel slug racks. Made to fit on the upper section of a slanted double type cabinet. There is one in very good condition that was fortunately atop a shelf. The other 4 are rusted.
A tedious job was stripping the light racks and then re-trimming and re-fitting all the light units and switches
The Surly rack I (almost; the light mount was insufficiently brazed and it snapped off when I tried to adjust it) just finished sits low enough of the fork (it's designed to fit a 700x38 + fender, which is /much/ less than the tire clearance on this fork) so I can snake the crown stay under the fork (with a fender mountpoint at where a daruma would be) and attach it to the crown with a removable metal plate.
The plate is removable because the fork leg stays slip over the ends of the (unused) canti studs and thus is ridiculously stiff -- the stay juuuust barely fits under the crown if it's inserted carefully, so attaching it permanently is right out.
The Center where I have gone to exercise for over 6 years is closing in a couple of days. So I did what I had vowed to do for some time -- Take pictures of some of the equipment....hopefully with some degree of artistic note.
After about three years, I finally managed to fill a wine rack. I wonder how long it will stay full?
Some of the best lamb I've ever eaten! Cooked well, not gamey, good flavor, tender... *drool*

A lonesome bike rack at the local library. Had intended to shoot some foliage but found this instead. The inspiration came from a commercial, advertising what I don't know. The commercial showed lonely bike racks sitting empty ,it caught my attention and I thought that was a neat idea. It seems I found a lonesome one as well.
HP rack from GizMac Accessories. The XRackPro2 HP rack is an industry standard 4 post system. This rack for HP servers and storage has adjustable 4 posts. XRackPro HP rack mount enclosure cabinet can hold up to 32" deep equipment.
This semi-famous BBQ joint is likely not all that old, but its bright sign still caught my attention.
It was Saturday morning, so these racks for the Boston Globe weren't deployed. This being Back Bay Station, on a weekday morning they'd hold newspapers for passengers emerging from the subway, Amtrak, and commuter-rail trains down below.
Desiree is showing far too much cleavage for it being before four in the afternoon. Scandalous! Well, at least she has covered her elbows.
4 Racks of servers. Servers are normally assembled in racks, to save space and make it easier to put one on top of the other.
A herd of Elk with a large Bull, watches as this Mule Deer find itself uncomfortably ,makes its way through non accommodating cousins.
At first the deer acted as if it was going to just waltz through the high grass, then the bull took notice. At this point, I got a glimpse of how fast a mule deer can run .
I love how all the cows in the background just watch. Its as if they are wondering if this "little Elk" with the small rack was actually going to challenge the Bull. Fat chance!
