I haven't posted many cat pictures lately and especially not of R2D2. We came home the other night and R2 was fast asleep. I guess we woke him and as I had my camera in hand, was able to get this shot.

After taking pictures through the entire class period, working on finding photos that looked good for the light painting of R2D2, I came across this out of the many pictures I took. I liked the light on the robot, as well as the lights in the background. Still being able to see the details in the robot, there is also a fun factor to this picture.
Made by a small company called "Something Different". Find them at the Heart of the Hills market in Lobethal.
When my husband suggested that we name the baby Dmitriy, I didn't like it much, because I wanted another name, but then I decided that I'll just refer to my two children as R2D2, because there R 2 D's, too... er, or something...
