My HTC One has a well reviewed camera and it's fine for wide angle snaps in good light. But here, in low light, it's pretty dreadful compared with any of my real cameras. We didn't do very well at the quiz at my wife's old school - nearly all the questions were pink in Trivial Pursuits terms. So I was no help at all.

From the TUCS Quiz Night, August 28 2009.
Moscow. Center. Behind the Rolex fence they are constructing a building, which will be an exact replica of the one standing there from 1935 till 2004. Why demolish and then re-construct? (Yeah, those Russians, you might think!). The answer is an underground parking garage, atop which a modern replica of the old original is planned to be erected.
Now, I deliberately omit WHICH BUILDING it is. Here is the QUIZ for you, my dear non-Russian friends. Dear Russian friends are cordially asked to shut up!!!
Damiel… hmmm… you are too Russian for a Norwegian. All right, you may qualify!
So, this is the building, whose drawn image has been replicated in numbers exceeding the number for the most recognizable buildings in the world. Except for the buildings, which ended up on national currencies of course. And no, this is not St. Basil Cathedral on Red Square!
Hunderd points for the right answer why the heck this building’s image is so popular. Thousand points for naming it.
