Just a quick one before I headed out for a meal last night.
Part two of this weeks little outings was just as hectic as part one. I really must remember not to try and do my makeup in the car the lighting is dire.
Last night I got home early by an hour and that gave me enough time to get a half decent look. I haven't been to happy with my look just lately its a combination of getting older and rounder in the face once again, and work being very full on as a result it takes longer for me to relax into who I am, But don't worry I am fine and not about to do anything daft like buy more dresses.
Right where was I ?
I was going to for this blouse with my jeans as modelled a few days ago but at the last moment I decided a skirt was needed. Think it works :-)

After quickly picking up what seemed like a dozen wrappers and stuffing them back inside his suitcase. Maurice gets the call from the conductor that the train is nearing the station. “We made good time as the tracks were clear. The snow had stopped, and now we just have the cold weather for the rest of the week.”
I don’t like cold. I have to keep wearing a jacket and I have to remember to put it in a place where I’ll find it. Bentley would tell him that if he would simply hang it up each time he was done wearing it, he would find it again there. So much for what a Teddy Bear knows!
The conductor also told Maurice, “The bus driver is also at the station and he will take you to the Elf Club house where you’ll check in for duty.”
The Elf Club house? Not that place again. That place was a zoo last year, but not at bad as the ski house. That had a dog. I don’t like dogs. But I have to choose one place or the other I guess. I hate having to put up for the night away from my own comfortable, warm bed.
Maurice walks into the station to get ready for the last part of the trip. But then he sees the bus driver. Not him again!
My brain has frozen up in the cold weather so just a quick pic to say hi and I hope everyone is OK. xxx

How quick does the new Nikkor 500mm f/5.6 PF ED VR focus? I was shooting this guy head on....stopped and spun as he went by. One frame on him as he approached the runway. Kill % with this lens is 95%.
A quick one from the other night just before getting ready for bed.
Call me old fashioned but I do still like to wear a slip with some of my dresses, for me I find they help the dress move and hang better, Its also a little bit of luxury that tends to get forgot by the younger woman who see such an item as old and uncool, Problem is as time moves on slips are getting very hard to find.

Not a lot of butterflies yet this Summer. But dragonflies are prolific, as are these little Hummingbird Clearwing Moths and all their cousins. They look like small hummingbirds, thus the name, and they're equally as quick.
After landing back at base, 'Quid 194' heads back around Mildenhall's Southern taxiway to the 100th ARW's Eastern parking area

Food Week Continues! We've had carrot cake for breakfast, soup for lunch, a delicious dinner, and some wonderful wine. As the week nears to a close, don't you think we deserve some sweets? And what better confectionery treat than rich chocolate?
Fudge Brownie Bites: These are my wife's brownie bites. They were inspected & counted carefully when they were loaned out to me for this shot (much in the same way the jeweler sends a bodyguard to ensure the diamond necklace on loan to the movie star returns safely & intact). You'll be happy to know that each bite was returned to Laura for future munching.
