While the Connector Boat’s list of standard features makes it the perfect firefighting platform, its patented QuickFIT rail system is what makes the boat truly exceptional. Integrated into every Connector Boat’s exterior, the QuickFIT system allows all Connector Boats to interconnect within a matter of seconds. In front-to-back or side-to-side configurations, the platform created by multiple Connector Boats offers unparalleled stability and coverage during firefighting, rescue, and dragging operations, allowing rescue personnel to cover large areas in a shorter amount of time. The interoperable, multi-unit platform is particularly valuable in operations involving multiple agencies, as Connector Boats from one agency may be quickly partnered with boats from others.
Havent been on Flickr! in absolutely ages, I've just been so busy however I do miss it. I've recently had my laptop wiped and lost all my Disney photos, so I'm rather annoyed! I had so many more to upload. But in other news my bleached hair has been replaced with a more subtle dark brown! Miss you guys!

I trying to convert my spare front room into a photo area, but I'm finding it some what difficult not being able to walk properly.

A quick handheld pano I took at Sprague Lake. Stitched together in Photoshop, but no post processing otherwise. It was a great morning to catch the sunrise in the park.
CSX I031 flies south through CP Arkendale with a rare C40-8W leading. When the C40-8Ws got reactivated in early 2025, most stuck to yard duty around the system, but this one escaped for one trip up and down the east coast, then never to visit again. 7886 would be the only Dash 8 to ever lead on the RF&P after the cab signal suspension. ES44AH 3217 trails.
